QC Surgical was started by Brian Welch after a very successful 18+ year career in medical device sales and almost 25 years of sales experience. Being a self-starter and extremely motivated to be his own boss led him to starting this distributorship. We will focus on a select number of innovative products and represent them in the most professional manner possible.
Brian Welch has expertise in craniofacial trauma surgery, orthognathic surgery and facial and cranial reconstruction surgery with 13 years of experience in the CMF and neurosurgery space. He also has experience with orthopedic trauma and reconstruction products and procedures including total joint replacement.

The most important aspect of being a medical device rep is making sure you are ready for any possible issue that can arise in the OR. After being in the OR every day at a Level 1 Trauma Center for over 10 years, our founder Brian Welch has seen almost anything that can happen in an operating room setting. QC surgical will always make sure we are ready with a back-up plan for the back-up plan, so surgeons are never caught without the necessary tools to be successful.
